residency services, tax optimization strategies, family relocation, and property searches in Portugal,
Spain, and Italy. We act as an intermediary by referring you to accredited financial and legal professionals,
but We are not a bank, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advisor.
3. Eligibility
By using Our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter
into these Terms, and have not misrepresented your eligibility.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging Our Services and to update
it as needed. For certain Services, you may receive account credentials, and you are responsible for
maintaining their confidentiality and all activities under your account. You may not use Our Services for
any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

and late payments may incur a 5% fee. We accept payments via Stripe in any currency supported by Stripe
(e.g., EUR, USD). We reserve the right to modify Our fees at any time.

content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may violate
such laws. If you submit documents to Us via email for Our Services, you grant Us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use them solely to provide the Services.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for Our Services. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within
7 days from the date of purchase, provided We have not substantially performed the Service (e.g., submitted

with proof of payment and a clear explanation. Refunds are not available for Services substantially delivered
or completed, delays due to circumstances beyond Our control (e.g., government processing times), or
third-party fees (e.g., government applications). Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
After 7 days, all sales are final.

for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time
by notifying Us.
